Qiniso Perfect Buthelezi known by the stage name "Truth LK" is a talented hip hop artist from the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, Umzimkulu, South Africa. But grew up in Umlazi, a township found on the south of Durban.

Truth LK developed a love for music in the late 2000s while he was still in primary school. He is known for combining English and vernacular lyrics in his music, which brings together people of different backgrounds and ages. Truth LK's rap career began when he joined a group called RuffBoyz, where he gained valuable experience and confidence in his talents. He also began performing at shows and freestyling on the streets in cyphers.

In 2015, Truth LK launched his solo career and gained greater recognition for his unique sound, which combines tribal sounds, traditional hip hop, and modern trap music. He also began producing his own music, which contributed to the development of his distinct sound. Truth LK has performed at various events, including The Bat Centre and the INK HOP FESTIVAL, and has shared the stage with notable artists such as Duncan, Zakwe, Beast, and Junior De Rocka.

In mid-2018, he performed for Oskido at 031 Shisanyama in Durban, and has since toured various provinces in South Africa, including Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, Western Cape, and Limpopo. In late 2020, Truth LK released the successful music video for his single "Imizamo," which was directed by Slowman Films and received airplay on ChannelO and 1KZN TV.

In 2021, he released a 11-track mixtape titled 4Four2, and also contributed production to the song "Anozibika Kuye" with Musiholiq, which received airplay on Gagasi FM and other radio stations.
